Puppy Process
Fill out puppy application online
If you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies, please fill out an application. At the top of the page, click on the tab that says "Puppy Application." Fill out the application and hit the Apply button. Once the litter is born, and the pups are 1 week old, and we have determined you meet the criteria, we will contact you. If we feel you are a good fit, the next step is to leave a deposit. See below.
Deposit
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. This is to be paid online through our website and is found under "Puppy Payments" at the bottom portion of the page. Click the "Pay $300 Deposit button." This will redirect you to the Zelle payment page. Follow the prompts to pay and use luxelabradors@gmail.com as the payment ID. Or you can scan the QR Code while in your banking app. You now have the option to pay via Good Dog, for a fee. They accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks.
Balance Due
Once you have paid your deposit, you will be placed on a reserve list for the current litter. When the puppies are six weeks old, you will get to pick your puppy through FaceTime. The order of picks is determined by the order of deposits placed. Once you have picked your puppy, the balance of $3000 is due immediately, and is payable via Zelle and Good Dog. Any shipping fees will be added to this payment. At this time, the puppy contract will be signed by all parties. If paying by personal check, payment must be sent when the puppies are 5 weeks-old. If paying through Good Dog, $200 will be added to the purchase price.
